Trish Hart is a Kripalu Certified Mindful Outdoor Leader, yoga & mindfulness instructor, sound therapist, stress management expert, and sleep coach. She been teaching outdoor yoga and meditation on the South Shore for 12 years and leads nature-based retreats in New England and Sedona, Arizona.
