Your Itinerary

  • It’s travel day and your Sedona retreat begins with a warm welcome and gourmet lunch at the peaceful Bella Vista Base Camp, where you’ll have time to relax, change, and prepare for an afternoon of exploration. We’ll set out on the breathtaking Boynton Canyon Trail, immersing ourselves in Sedona’s iconic red rock beauty, followed by a meaningful visit to the historic Mescal Ruins.

After returning to your lodging to unwind and settle in, you'll be picked up for an evening of connection and restoration. We’ll gather for a delicious dinner, an opening circle, and close the day with a deeply relaxing session of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath — the perfect transition into a restful night’s sleep.

  • We’ll kick off the day with an invigorating hike through the stunning West Fork Trail, one of Sedona’s most beloved canyons. You’ll enjoy a nourishing trail breakfast and snack surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature and the beauty of the red rock cliffs.

Afterward, we return to the Bobcat House for a gourmet lunch and relaxing pool time—a chance to soak up the sun, connect, or simply be still. The afternoon is yours to unwind: rest, reflect, journal, or nap as you wish.

Later, we’ll explore Sedona’s vibrant uptown scene with visits to local shops and artist studios, followed by a fun and flavorful Mexican dinner to celebrate the day.

We’ll end under the stars with a cozy fireside gathering and classic s’mores—a perfect close to a day of adventure, creativity, and connection.

  • We begin the day with a soulful start — coffee, a breathtaking sunrise meditation, morning yoga, and a nourishing breakfast, all grounded in nature. You’ll be dressed for comfort and connection, with plenty of time to sink into the earth and the moment.

Next, we head to a private visit at the Sedona Wolf Sanctuary, where you’ll experience a rare, intimate connection with these powerful, majestic animals. Then it’s off to Montezuma’s Castle for a picnic lunch surrounded by ancient cliff dwellings and desert history.

The afternoon offers space to relax, rest, journal, or simply enjoy your surroundings, before we head out again for an unforgettable trip to Jerome, a historic mountainside town known for its art, charm, and our beloved local cactus farm.

We’ll cap the day with dinner at one of Sedona’s best restaurants, followed by a magical, golden sunset and closing sound ceremony — a perfect way to integrate the energy of the day

  • We begin with a soulful hike to Sedona’s sacred Secret Cathedral Rock Trail, where you’ll be invited into stillness, awe, and optional playful dips into Oak Creek. A nourishing trail breakfast awaits as you take in one of the most breathtaking, spiritually rich sites in the region.

After returning to freshen up, we gather again for a gourmet lunch at Bella Vista Base Camp, where connection and nourishment continue in a peaceful, inspiring setting. The afternoon offers gentle flow time — space to rest, reflect, journal, or soak in the stillness.

As evening approaches, we share an early dinner at Bella Vista, grounding and preparing for one of the most transformative parts of the retreat: a private, guided Sweat Lodge Ceremony. This sacred ritual offers renewal, release, and powerful spiritual cleansing.

The night ends under the stars — with stargazing, hot tub relaxation, and the deep, restful sleep that follows a day of heart, healing, and connection.

  • We begin our final day with coffee, gentle yoga, and a meditative walk through a sacred labyrinth, offering space to move intentionally, breathe deeply, and honor the journey you've taken—both on the land and within.

Next, we visit the Sedona Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park, a powerful spiritual site, for a heartfelt Closing Cacao Ceremony. This sacred space invites reflection, gratitude, and connection as we honor the transformation and clarity gained throughout the retreat.

We close with a Farewell Brunch, a time to share final insights, integrate your experience, and begin the return home grounded, inspired, and renewed.

"Sedona was an absolutely gorgeous setting for a hiking, yoga and mindfulness retreat, lead by Trish and Dre.  There are many yoga retreat opportunities, but I can an attest without reservation that this one was truly special!  It was apparent that Trish and Dre carefully planned each moment without reservation to make the entire retreat full of amazing experiences-delicious vegetarian meals, beautiful hiking, yoga, and visit to the wolf sanctuary.  Most important I met extraordinary women that I will be friends with for life!”

  • Britt B

This trip was something I truly didn’t know I needed until I stepped foot in Sedona. With each day that passed the stress seemed to just melt off my body and I felt myself healing (emotionally and physically) from the inside out. Living in NYC, I get caught up in the go-go-go lifestyle making it hard to think deeply about how I’m best serving myself and if I’m taking the necessary steps to achieve pure wellness in my life. This trip provided a safe space to unwind, share personal stories, and connect with a group of women who all came together to find a little bit more joy. I’m not someone who generally loves a group trip but it felt so easy, and the group Trish put together was so harmonious and we all really balanced each other out nicely. I left feeling lighter, happier, and more in touch with myself. This trip found me when I needed it the most and now I can be my best for myself as well as my friends and family"

  • Charlie R

"As I think about all of the things we did and all you and Dre taught us, it’s hard to believe.  It’s been hard to explain some aspects of out trip to people and I know I don’t really have to.   Having traveled all over the world, on many adventures, I include the Sedona Retreat in my top 10.  I enjoyed unexpected spiritual growth and have a new group of wonderful friends."

  • Deb P

My time in Sedona on this retreat is was truly magical.  The sense of camaraderie felt by the group in this unique and beautiful part of the world was truly special and a testament to Trish and Dre's ability to bring out the best in everyone and everything they touch. Just glancing at one of the myriad of pictures taken during this trip and I feel a warmth, a glow from deep within."

  • Jean W

"Starting out the first day at Boynton Canyon with a hike and meditation along with a great ice breaking activity got us comfortable and set the tone for the retreat. Sedona was a magical place to experience many activities; hiking, yoga, sweat lodge, meditation and mindfulness. We were able to bond with the group over delicious dinners, a bit of shopping and wonderful accommodations. Dre and Trish thought of everything and made the experience MEMORABLE AND EXCEPTIONAL!"

  • Deb R

"This magical retreat helped me clear my mind and my heart and helped me to focus on myself and what is important to me. I don’t think anyone gets enough time in our busy lives to do that.  Trish and Dre put together 5 challenging, soul-searching and fun days that I will remember for a very long time. I can’t wait to do it again!”
