Your Itinerary
-
It’s travel day and your Sedona retreat begins with a warm welcome and gourmet lunch at the peaceful Bella Vista Base Camp, where you’ll have time to relax, change, and prepare for an afternoon of exploration. We’ll set out on our first hike of breathtaking Boynton Canyon Trail, immersing ourselves in Sedona’s iconic red rock beauty.
After returning to your lodging to unwind and settle in, you'll be picked up for an evening of connection and restoration. We’ll gather for a delicious dinner, an opening circle, and close the day with a deeply relaxing session of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath — the perfect transition into a restful night’s sleep.
-
We’ll kick off the day off early with an invigorating hike through the stunning and birdy West Fork Trail, one of Sedona’s most beloved canyons. You’ll enjoy a nourishing trail breakfast and snack surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature and the beauty of the red rock cliffs.
Afterward, you’ll be dropped of to enjoy a lunch at your home and a chance to soak up the sun, connect, or simply be still. The afternoon is yours to unwind: rest, reflect, journal, or nap as you wish.
Later, we’ll explore Sedona’s vibrant uptown scene with visits to local shops and artist studios, followed by a fun and flavorful Mexican dinner to celebrate the day.
Home for hot tub, star-gazing and a restful sleep!
-
We begin the day with a soulful start — coffee, a breathtaking sunrise mindful movement and meditation, and a nourishing breakfast, all grounded in nature. You’ll be dressed for comfort and connection, with plenty of time to sink into the earth and the moment.
Next, we head to the Sedona Wolf Sanctuary, where you’ll experience a rare, intimate connection with these powerful, majestic animals. Then it’s off to Montezuma’s Castle for a picnic lunch surrounded by ancient cliff dwellings and desert history.
After we head to a beautiful red rock local swimming hole for a refreshing dip! The rest of the afternoon offers space to relax, rest, journal, or simply enjoy your surroundings
We’ll cap the day with dinner out Uptown and then back to your homes for hot tub, star-gazing, and rest!
-
We begin with a soulful hike to Sedona’s sacred Secret Cathedral Rock Trail, where you’ll be invited into stillness, awe, and optional playful dips into Oak Creek. A nourishing trail breakfast awaits as you take in one of the most breathtaking, spiritually rich sites in the region.
We will enjoy a fun lunch on the trail and the afternoon offers gentle flow time — space to rest, reflect, journal, or soak in the stillness.
As evening approaches, we will visit Amitabha Stupha and Peace Park and then share an early dinner at Basecamp grounding and preparing for one of the most transformative parts of the retreat: a private, guided Sweat Lodge Ceremony. This sacred ritual offers renewal, release, and powerful spiritual cleansing.
The night ends under the stars — with stargazing, hot tub relaxation, and the deep, restful sleep that follows a day of heart, healing, and connection.
-
We begin our final day with coffee, gentle yoga, and a meditative walk through a sacred labyrinth, offering space to move intentionally, breathe deeply, and honor the journey you've taken—both on the land and within.
This sacred space invites reflection, gratitude, and connection as we honor the transformation and clarity gained throughout the retreat.
We close with a Farewell Brunch, a time to share final insights, integrate your experience, and begin the return home grounded, inspired, and renewed.
