Now in its 12th season, Beach Yoga with Trish Hart and Matt Hendison is more than a class, it’s a community.

Held every Sunday morning in July and August, these open-air practices on Nantasket Beach offer a soulful blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing all set to the rhythm of the ocean and curated music.

Whether you’re local or just passing through, you’re invited to roll out your mat, tune into the elements, and start your day with presence and peace.
