Trish is more than a wellness facilitator, she’s a nature-lover, life-long birder, experienced yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapist, Duke-trained Health & Well-Being Coach, and a Certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Leader.
Her unique blend of professional expertise and grounded, heart-centered teaching has supported hundreds of individuals and teams in reclaiming calm, clarity, and connection, one mindful step at a time.

Join Trish for a 2 hour immersive journey into nature’s healing embrace.
Our serene outdoor experience at Holly Hill Farm that begins with a mindful hike through scenic trails leading to the tranquil Ice Pond.
Once there, settle into a guided meditation and calming yoga practice followed by a restorative sound bath designed to relax your nervous system and reconnect you with nature.
This is a unique opportunity to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and restore your inner calm in a beautiful, natural setting.

Kripalu Forest Bathing with Drawing

You do not need to be an artist to enjoy this beautiful workshop!
Slow down, connect with nature, and spark your creativity. In this workshop, you’ll experience the calming practice of forest bathing—mindfully engaging your senses in the natural world—followed by a guided drawing session inspired by what you see and feel. No art experience required, just curiosity and openness to relaxation, reflection, and self-expression.
